Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the new M1 Macbooks do not support Boot Camp (I hope that changes). And while you can use Parallels to use Windows, you'll need to use a preview build of Windows on ARM. Microsoft's x86 emulator pales in comparison to Apple's app compatibility though.
